Yoga class is taught by Christina Mackensen, a dancer on the Grupo America dance team, she has been a yoga instructor for 11 yrs plus has a BA in Dance, she will bring all her knowledge about anatomy to this class, so don’t miss it.
Zumba class is taught by Samia another dancer on the Grupo America dance team, she is certified Zumba instructor and also Latin Dance teacher.
YOGA is on Saturday’s 10am starts Jan.14
